Do I have to pay customs and if so - how much?
Answer: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your INEQUINE order and/or shipping total.
INEQUINE is not responsible for fees associated with imports. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
Orders shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) and unclaimed or refused by customers will be destroyed by the carrier or sent back to us. INEQUINE does not issue refunds as a result of unpaid DDU fees. For uncollected orders, a fee of 40 EUR/CHF/USD will be deducted from your order if the order is sent back to us.
The amount of the customs is determined by your order value, what the package contains and what country. This is something INEQUINE has no control over.
You can pick up your order in our store at Mont sur Lausanne at agreed time free of charge.

Free trying on applies to some products only (bridles) and only in the region of Canton VAUD, FRIBOURG on pre-booking. Note that we charge for courier services.

Regarding leather products:
Keep in mind that leather is a natural material which means that it always has more or less structure in its appearance. Differences in structure and appearance in a leather product are not to be regarded as a defect and thus not as a reason for replacement or complaint.
Regarding Compression products HIDEZ:
INEQUINE does not take any responsibility for rupture or damage of this products. The material used is ultra breathing and may be fragile. Please make sure you choose a correct size and do not let other horses bite HIDEZ products.
Returns and Exchanges
If you have purchased a product that doesn’t fit your purposes, we will consider possible options to exchange it for a more suitable product.
Exchanges are made by first returning the item you no longer want, and then ordering the new product/size you desire by yourself through our website. When purchasing from INEQUINE you always have the right to change your mind within 20 days of receiving the product.
Please note: A exchange is valid as long as the product is not used, still has all original tags attached, returned in its original packaging along with any protective wrapping/packaging that came with the product
INEQUINE do not make refunds. INEQUINE will issue a voucher for the product value if the exchange is not possible.
