Points are added as soon as your order is paid, and you can see them in your account straight away.

They become available to spend once your order is on its way to you, or ready to collect.

In your basket, choose how many points to use. We turn them into a discount and apply it for you.
Membership
The more you have spent with us, the faster you earn. A level is reached by spending, and it changes the rate you earn at for as long as you hold it. A level is held while your spend over the last 24 months covers it.

Worth knowing
A discount code does not cost you points
What a product earns is what its price earns. Use a promotional code, or spend points on the same order, and you still receive the full amount shown on the product page.
Your points do not expire
They stay in your account until you want them. There is no deadline and nothing to keep track of.
Unused points come back
Turn points into a discount and change your mind, and the points return to your account on their own. You cannot lose them by hesitating.
Some items earn more
A few products earn at a different rate, and a few earn nothing. The product page always shows what that item earns, so the figure you see is the figure you get.
Questions
Does it cost anything?
No. It is free, and it is automatic for anyone with an Inequine account.
Do I need an account to earn points?
No. Order as a guest and your points are credited to the email address you used at checkout — they are already waiting the moment you create an account with that same address. You only need to sign in to spend them.
What happens if I return something?
Points earned on a refunded order are removed in proportion to the refund. If you had already spent them your balance can go below zero — you will never be asked to pay anything, but you cannot use points again until it is positive.
Can I use points and a discount code together?
Yes, where the other code allows it. Neither of them reduces what you earn.
Can I give my points to someone else?
No. Points belong to your account. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
