Hidez sock extensions

Some cases of severe lymphangitis require the sock to be fitted with an EXPANDER INSERT to be able to fit the sock.

The idea is that you fit the Expander Insert to the Hidez Compression sock and use this way until the swelling is reduced sufficiently enough to fit the sock without the Expander Insert.

There are 4 different size inserts 2.5 cm, 5 cm, 7.5 cm and 10 cm Compression Socks are suitable for ail horses

It is suggested that you use the other sock on the good leg at the same time, as this leg is carrying all the weight at this time.

After all the swelling is gone you have a pair of Hidez Compression socks to use regularly to prevent any  re-occurrence of lymphangitis

Best suggested use is fit the sock with expander insert in intervals of 6 hours on 2 hours off or there abouts.

However to better accommodate everyone’s working life you can fit for 9 hours on 3 hours off or there abouts.

You will notice significant reduction after first 24 hours.

As soon as you can fit without 1 expander insert please do so, until you can fit the sock without any expander inserts.
